In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For cancellations, please reach us via the contact link with your order id and the reason for cancellation.
Requests received prior 24 hours of order delivery are eligible for cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will refund if you paid any amount when placing the order. Please note it may take up to 15 working days to reflect the refund amount into your bank.
Ya3 will initiate a refund to the charged credit card in the following cases:
(i) Your flight associated with the order got canceled, and you have specifically asked for cancellation of the order.
(ii) Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
(iii) failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization at the time of delivery;
(iv) unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
(v) failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
We currently do not accept any returns for any products ordered via Ya3. We request you to check and test every product at the time of collection from the Vendor at the airport. In an unlikely case, you may need to return the product after use, we would put your request across the Vendor, and it is left to the sole discretion of the Vendor to accept such claims.
